They were thorough in their explanations of the process and offered prompt, articulate, user-friendly responses to my many questions. Professional
My handler was the best. I was informed of every step of the way. The installation crew was efficient and the electrician in particular was helpful and accommodated my request to not have conduit on the outside of the house. However, after installation there was a staffing change and the ball got dropped. The meter change out was delayed and my request to pay up before the year change was lost. I was also disappointed that adding just three panels was not prorated costing $5,000 more.

A Great Experience
Our All Energy Solar experience was excellent. From the sales consultation through the installation, everyone in the company was clear, communicative, professional and accessible. We particularly were impressed with the regular updates from the contract signing to the installation. These things can take time and we were informed every two weeks about the process and progress. I checked with other solar providers and one thing that impressed me was that Ben, the sales person, was not just a sales person, he knows the product, the process and could answer detailed questions immediately. Gillian and Paris, our project managers were on top of all the pieces. The installation team, Crew 2, finished the job quickly, sooner than estimated. In addition, they let us know exactly what would happen when. The inside the house work was not disruptive and they took care to be careful and clean. Our system is up and running now and the app used to provide information about the system array is easy to use. MVEC was also a good partner in the process.

Where to start.. I was innitially so anxious about committing to such a seemingly complex process... but from the moment we placed our innitial call we were impressed with not only the professionalism but also the User Friendly nature of all who we had contact with. Our hand was held every step of the way.... every concern was addressed. Basically... All Energy Solar bent over backwards ... patiently dealing with every concern that arose.
