Communication par excellence
All Energy Solar's experience has been night and day from my original installer. All Energy being the "day" experience: co-operation, communication, compromise-ability and clarity. A specific professional assigned to me smoothed out the couple bumps we ran into in the process. They explained every detail in basic language to my constant questions. A company to highly recommend -Barbara

Excellent service from beginning to end.
All Energy was very easy to work with and their communication was unmatched. Our Salesperson, Charles, was direct, efficient, knowledgeable, and low pressure. Our project Manager, Sierra, communicated with us every step of the way and dealt with questions and concerns quickly and efficiently. Crew #9 did an awesome job installing at our home. They were courteous, respectful, thorough and clean.. on the coldest day of the winter so far. We'd recommend All Energy to anyone considering solar.

Solar batteries
We had 2 Enphase 10C batteries installed, by Greg & Tanner. They did a great job, the inspection went well. They cleaned up after they finished, answered ALL my questions. They explained very well how the system would work. Sierra our Project manger was also great she had insights I did not think of. The whole team at All Energy was great & fun to work with.

Ghosted mid project
This is a tale of two projects (that are the same project). Perhaps it will end happily as a tale of three projects, but I don't hold out hope. We contracted with All Energy back in May. At first, everything was going smoothly. It took time to get the project off of the ground, but nothing that felt unexpected. Over the summer, the team helped us get our initial inspections done, even identifying work that needed doing in our attic that only tangentially related to the panel installation. It was even easy to modify the plans when we decided to put a couple more panels on the roof. By mid-August, the installation team arrived and quickly put up the panels, installed the Power Wall, and rerouted all of the electrical wiring. We were told at that point that there would be two inspections that needed to get done before the connection process could commence: one from the Village for the building specs, and one from ComEd for the electricity. At this point, we were transferred to a new project manager, and everything started to go downhill. First, we received less than 16 hours notice that the Village was coming to our house for their inspection. I got the email mid-day on Sunday for a Monday arrival. We scrambled to make sure that an adult was home, but of course this was inconvenient at best. The inspection went well, and so we waited for a notice about ComEd's inspection. And waited. And waited. I emailed our project manager at the beginning of September, affirming that the Village inspection was complete, and asked if there were any updates on the timing for ComEd. I heard nothing back. Two weeks later, I emailed again asking for an update. Nothing. Not even a confirmation that the email had been received. I emailed AGAIN two weeks later, and once again got zero response. In this email I asked if I needed to retain legal counsel to look into recouping the $30k+ we had already invested into panels that were degrading on our roof with no benefit to us. This week I called. It is now mid-October. I got through to the person who USED to be our project manager and had a conversation. She informed me that in my file, nothing had been updated since the completion of the installation of the panels. They had no record of the installation of the Power Wall, no record of the rerouting of the electrical wiring, and no record of the Village inspection even being scheduled, much less completed. Then I was told that the hold up was at ComEd's end (which doesn't make any sense: if they didn't know the status of my wiring, why would they be trying to schedule an inspection?). I explained that all of this was poor and that I needed to be better informed about the status of the project. I could have helped them catch their abysmal record keeping had they simply returned ANY of my previous correspondences. I asked them to put me on a weekly update in the future, and she agreed. Fast forward to today. It is Sunday morning, and my wife received an email from ComEd reminding us of our appointment TOMORROW. I can tell you that it is difficult to be reminded of an event of which you were hitherto unaware. I checked my email to see if I had missed a correspondence. (Hope springs eternal.) Of course, I had not. So it appears that MIRACULOUSLY ComEd has come around a mere 5 days after my call to be able to arrange an inspection immediately after "dragging their feet" for over a month. Wouldn't it have been nice for All Energy to LET ME KNOW. So here I am again, scrambling to ensure that an adult can be home for an inspection I have been alerted to with less than 24 hours notice ON A SUNDAY. This product may turn out to be good, but the customer service on a project that will ultimately cost me $50k out of pocket is absolutely unacceptable. I do not recommend them.

Construction crew
They arrived when they said they would. Proceeded to work once the site was selected. Worked through some difficult weather conditions. Kept me informed of their progress. Completed construction ahead of anticipated schedule, this in spite of materials not arriving when they thought they would and having to make additional trips to obtain lacking materials. Crew was courteous, friendly, professional and personable and put up with my dogs!!!

All Energy Solar Instsllation
The All Energy Solar Installation Team did an excellent job. The crew leader kept me informed on his arrival time once it was scheduled. The crew arrived on schedule and began working immediately. They answered all my questions and explained everything very well. They worked until nearly dark, and arrived each morning shortly after daylight. The entire installation took two and a half days. They kept their workspace tidy and cleaned up everything when finished. I would highly recommend this company, and especially this crew.

Going Solar Made Easy
While our system is not yet completed, we are thrilled that the panels were installed yesterday. The install crew could not have been nicer or more professional. They arrived exactly when they said they would and explained what would be happening. Then the whole crew worked in a very coordinated and experienced manner to get our panels and the electrical equipment installed, all in one day! The panels look great and we are anxious to get the inspections completed and the utility company on board so we can start enjoying the solar panels!

Other Companies Could Learn a Lot From All Energy Solar!
I highly recommend All Energy Solar if you are condering getting solar panels. After getting proposals from several solar installers, we opted to use All Energy Solar. Not only was their pricing significantly better than the others, their salesman jumped through hoops to answer questions and adjust the proposal to our changing needs. His explanation of how things would be done, how the installation work was done, was so much better than any other company. (Thank you, Dan!) When it came to have the panels installed, the work crew was wonderful. Not only were they communicative, but they were careful, attentive, and made sure we were totally aware of all aspects of the job, as well as ensuring we were satisfied as things progressed during the installation. They were quite friendly and even a bit sociable. One of the installers even spent a few minutes on the roof showing us his dancing skills (nothing to exotic, and he was wearing a safety harness). I appreciated that the installers used all of their PPE, making sure they worked as safely as possible. Our installers were part of Residential Team 1 and included Chris (the older one), Dylan, Ethan, and another Chris (the younger one). All of them were so friendly and easy-going, yet still professional about the work. They all answered questions and explained how they did various parts of the job so that anyone could understand, without talking down to us. Kyle, the electrician, spent several hours connecting the wiring, installing new equipment and ensuring everything worked correctly. His work is part skill, part art. HIs work looks like the pictures you would see in an electrician’s handbook of how to do a job the right way. Kyle also was quite friendly and answered questions, and I truly appreciate his perfectionistic work. The project management team has also been so helpful and communicative. Kudos to Sierra and Annelise for keeping us informed of the progress in getting permits and supplies, and coordinating the whole effort. Everyone at this company has been a 5-star player in our book! And I truly feel good about their products and services. Thank you everyone at All Energy Solar!

In Depth Review of Solar installation in Massachusetts
Please note, this is going to be a long review as I also hope to provide some information on the pluses and potential pitfalls that you can have in Massachusetts with completing a solar project. I was specifically looking into solar as a long-term investment as I am hoping to age in place. My house is sort of an energy hog in that I have an outside 20x40 pool which I run generally from late April- early May through early to late November. I also have a large house that needed a 200-amp service upgrade. I am currently using some very old central ac systems (Circa 1986) which work well but are not the most energy efficient. As I was replacing my electrical panel, I also decided to go with a SPAN panel upgrade (this will not be discussed in this review). My first contact with All Energy Solar was in May 2024. At that time, I was shopping around for a solar installer, with the help of Energy Sage (I found Energy Sage also quite helpful). I had contacted several installers and was receiving emails and call backs to arrange for initial evaluations of my property for solar. I reached out to All Energy Solar (rather than the other way around) because my review of different installers showed positive experiences with other homeowners. In some ways it was a plus that their home office was in Minnesota with a satellite office in Massachusetts. I liked the size and breadth of the multiple different states that they worked in. They seemed big, but not too big. It also helped that my overall impression of Minnesotans was that of “Minnesota Nice”. When gathering my quotes I found that it is really a “jungle” out there in terms of installers. I had several nice experiences (one with a small Massachusetts company) with whom my final decision was between All Energy Solar and this smaller company. I also experienced the hard sell, with few cost numbers really discussed (but instead avoided) and even a few that made me feel like I was dealing with a shady used car salesman. Once person even told me quite assuredly, that I could deduct 30% of my new roof cost for the upcoming solar. I have done a lot of research, and I know that this is not the case. You may get away with at tax time but risk an audit in the future so that you will be responsible for those monies in full along with penalties. So, with my final decision being made All Energy Solar and myself began the design process of building an appropriately sized solar system with a partial home battery backup, but with the ability of this backup battery to self-charge during the day, even if the grid was down. Through sales, evaluation, design (multiple times) and installation All Energy has been pretty darn good! I never realized how complex and at times confusing having a solar system designed and installed could be. Initially, I was looking for a much larger system (and significantly more expensive) to try to have 100% of my electrical needs covered by solar. This design initially had a few issues—specifically, it would make a larger system at about 20 Kwh. While the current state regulations/standards allowed for systems over 20 Kwh in size, this was not currently being implemented. It is quite possible that now such systems are easily allowed—but honestly given my current experience, I do not know if such a large system is necessary (see further below). The initial finalized plan had a lower total Kwh system with a total of 10 Kwh battery backup (two Enphase 5P’s). This plan was finalized and sent to my cities regulatory department for review. When we got their reply, they wanted a wired and interconnected fire alarm system throughout the house as the plan had two batteries being placed in my basement. Initially I was quite frustrated with my city’s requirements, but I am glad I investigated this further. I spoke to the Massachusetts State Fire Marshall—this gentleman is a font of knowledge and clearly knows his stuff (and frankly, Massachusetts is getting its monies worth with this state employee). My several discussions with him were super helpful and important for my decision process. He explained to me that my city Fire Marshall was quite right to be concerned regarding the placement of the batteries in the basement. Lithium batteries, if they do catch fire, cannot be extinguished in the same way as other battery sources. You essentially pour water on them until they burn themselves out. While it is quite a rare event for this to happen, I do not want to risk my home (one of the most sizeable investments for me) having this occur—which would be largely catastrophic for me. So, we went back partially to a new drawing board with changing battery placement ultimately to the outside of the house. I had initially hoped that an inside the garage installation would work, but there were two problems with this. First, I would need once again a wired and interconnected fire alarm system. Second, there is only one battery on the market that is rated for cold weather and outside installation. The final plan had a smaller system at a bit over 12 Kwh and a Tesla PowerWall 3 (I had to swallow my dislike of giving EM any money). Specifically, the PowerWall 3 is designed to take energy from the battery itself and heat itself, to keep the battery at the optimal temperature when the weather goes down to 4 degrees Fahrenheit. While perhaps not as efficient in the winter due to drawing energy to heat up, it certainly is supposed to work (I will know in full after this winter). So late this April, we got approval on the final plan, approvals from NSTAR came through. A date was scheduled for several days in May for the installation. The time arrived and All Energy Solar arrived and did a really nice job with the installation. I was there at the city electrical inspection, and they even commented on the very good job done by All Energy Solar. In late May my system started producing, but it was only helping power my home as I was still waiting for permission to export. At that point it took a few days to get my connected solutions account to be created, so I would give back some energy (and get reimbursed for this) between June and September of every year power is taken in 2-3 hour time slots to help with grid high use times. National Grid makes this a 5-year contract. My experience with All Energy Solar since starting the system has also been quite positive. They came back without a problem when there were some identified issues with the system and continued to monitor and tweak the system. In the end my experience with all my team, Justin, Annalise, Carlo, Mike and the rest of the install team including electricians etc has been really first rate. Would I recommend them? Yes, wholeheartedly and I have already done so with a neighbor. Am I happy with the system? You bet. My mid-May-June electric bill before I was exporting back to the grid was $66, my mid-June to July bill was negative $25 and my mid-July to August bill was about negative $60. It seems that All Energy Solar and I found the sweet spot in total investment regarding size of the system, what I am getting out of the system and total cost. Well done and thank you. MD

Repeat Customer Still Delighted
We were so pleased with our first set of solar panels and our experience with All Energy Solar, we decided to max out the roof area this year with another round of panel installations. The team, including Brandon and Anton, plus expert installers Adrian, Dane, and Ethan, were all super-responsive, enthusiastic about our project, and did excellent work. We can't think of a single thing that could have gone better -- this organization is first-rate. Highly recommended!

Avoid All Energy Solar - Here's Why
I’m flipping the script on this review and starting with the conclusion: Avoid All Energy Solar. There are better companies out there—companies that will likely care about your home and the safety of your family. If that piques your curiosity, read on. I’ve been a customer of All Energy Solar for nearly a decade and am a committed advocate of solar energy. I’ve invested approximately $65,000 through them: a 10.4 kW ground-mounted solar array and, more recently, two Tesla Powerwall 3 batteries. The technology itself performs well. I now have energy independence and no longer worry about grid outages. But the company’s service has gone so far downhill I can't see it anymore. During the Powerwall installation, their crew caused visible damage to the interior of my home—damage that was never acknowledged, let alone repaired. More troubling, I received no operational documentation, no explanation of how the backup system functions, and no safety guidance. Even basic electronics come with warnings and instructions. Here, I was left to figure out a high-voltage, whole-house backup system on my own. That’s irresponsible. When I raised these concerns, I was met first with deflection, then silence. Apologies were scripted. Explanations were vague. The damage remained. The documentation never came. And still—nothing on safety. It doesn’t feel like a professional service. It feels like abandonment: We’ve got your money—now we don’t care. That’s not acceptable from any company, much less one installing a powerful, complex electrical system inside someone’s home.

We had an 8.74 kW solar system installed this year by All Energy Solar. We could not have had a better experience. They kept us up to date with each step of the process, called us at regular intervals and followed each call up with an email summarizing our phone conversation. They handled all permitting and coordinated things with the utility company. The entire project went extremely well with no surprises. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and informative, answering all of our questions as the process unfolded. We'd like to mention that our Project Coordinator, Sierra Thompson, was particularly helpful and excellent to work with. Her attentiveness and thoroughness in managing our project was greatly appreciated. She was very well organized and responded to all our concerns /questions clearly. We felt we were well taken care of throughout the entire process. We also had a great installation/electrical team to work with. This was the WI-02 team out of Madison. Kole and Ramon and their team were very professional and nice to work with. Thanks to All Solar Energy for making this happen for us!

Original Install & Repair / Re-Install After Storm Damage
The team at All Energy Solar did a great job with the original install of the PV array on my garage in 2022. In August of 2024 a storm caused a tree branch to land on the garage roof including the PV array, damaging both. All Energy did a great job again working with my insurance company for the full repair including the roof repair, shingle replacement, aluminum gutter replacement with hand mitered corners, and PV array removal and re-installation. They put in the extra effort to match a custom paint color of my trim and matched flashing profiles where needed. I do not have the names of the original installers, but big shout out to Pete, Dave, Joseph, Jason, Pedro and Anton who were all the most involved with all things related to the storm repair.

Roof top panels, Telsa Battery Wall 3 and Span Panel
The crew showed up when they said they would, and worked hard through hot and humid summer weather. The work was done in an efficient and professional manner with the team communicating the steps for us. The Master Electrician Dave, made sure we knew what he was doing and that we were understanding the impacts and processes. The Crew Lead Gabe, made sure the rooftop panels were installed and hooked up also keeping us informed of the process.

Poor Customer Service recommend seeking another compnay
After 2 years and watching the neighbors have solar installed and hooked up to the grid before All Solar got things moving. All Solar finally got permits moving. In the mean time was getting calls from previous companies I got designs from. Three friends have had solar installed by 3 different companies in different parts of MN. One being All Solar. I picked the wrong one. Should have went with another solar company. After 2 years of delay due to energy company, All Solar wanted to go with original design despite technology upgrades. Get sent invoice after invoice for a design that hadn't been signed off. Hard to reach them on the phone and if you get a return call always seemed to be someone different. Some emails went weeks with no response or not responded to at all. These systems are expensive even on small residential builds. My personal recommendation is to go with another company. Was extremely unimpressed with All Solar. Paid out the contract no way I was going to trust them with an install of a system or relay on them for warranty coverage.

Never Trust Anything They Say
The sales process was great. The installation was hit with delays, the scope of work changed, and the array was modified. Service is hard to get a hold of, and panels were down for weeks. Scheduled visits were missed, and communication is terrible. I am hiring another company to review their work now.

The guys were wonderful, on time, explained everything fully and had to work in an area where we had 4 ft sunflowers growing, one got ruined, expectedly. But the others had been leaning for a couple weeks and to my surprise the guys zip tied them to a rod to support them all! It was the cherry on top :)

Good Experience & solid installation
I generally had a good experience with All Energy installing a residential solar panel system. There was a long wait period before they could schedule the work in. However, when that started the actual installation and commissioning was as fast as it can get. There were no issues with town inspectors and the service provider. They are easy to get a hold of and kept me in the loop of project status. It has been 5 months and there has been only 1 issue with metering the consumption in the house but they fixed it with in several days. They are expensive on per kW basis but the service is very good.

Solar battery addition - great experience
Had 3 solar batteries added to our solar system. Carlo from All Energy Solar was our project manager and always kept us updated with each phase of the project. Tony headed the installation of the batteries. The installation crew did great work. The entire team answered all of our questions. All Energy Solar also provided the installation of the fireproof room the batteries reside in. The project was completed on time and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The transition from the power grid to the battery system is seamless.

Do not use this company if you expect any service
I had my enphase system go out. All Energy said it would be 2-3 weeks to fix. 2 months later they finally came out. The guy who was here was more interested in vaping than looking at the system. He did put in the new part but when I told him it wasn't working he said it only needed time and that if it didn't work Enphase would update the software. The next day called Enphase and they said the guy had not finished setting up the new part and they couldn't do anything. I called All Energy to get someone out to finish the work and ended up on hold forever. I finally did talk to someone and asked to have someone come out that next day to finish what they messed up. I was told it would be two weeks even though I might be in hospice then they did not seem to care. Stay away from this company

All Energy Solar review
I am extremely pleased with the entire process of having solar panels installed on my home by All Energy Solar. Communication prior to installation, installation, and post installation support has exceeded my expectations. My initial contact with David D'Onofrio was extremely helpful in guiding me to an appropriate system and at an appropriate price. My project manager, Carlo Maloni, was attentive during and after the permitting and installation process. I especially appreciated Carlo checking in with me every two weeks during the entire project, and I appreciate his quick response whenever I had additional questions or concerns. The installation team were professional and attentive to my needs during the process. There were minor hiccups during the project that were not the fault of All Energy Solar, but Carlo and his team were quick to rectify any issues and fast to put my mind at ease. I measure the success of a project as much by attention to detail and response to concerns as by the final product and All Energy Solar exceeded my expectations in this area as well.

Tesla Powerwall Battery Installation
In 2021 I chose All Energy Solar to install ground mounted solar arrays at our home. That experience was so positive, that when Minnesota rolled out their battery incentive program to help offset the cost of installing battery backup power it was a no-brainer to once again partner with All Energy to make my system complete. Matt and Cory from Battery Crew #3 were simply fantastic. They arrived on a Monday to begin the install and worked diligently to complete installing my two Powerwall 3 units and had them both online by the end of the day Thursday. They arrived promptly every morning and worked throughout the day with very few breaks. Each day when they left my home, there was virtually zero evidence of them being here other than the new equipment I could see was being installed. Great care was taken to clean up all evidence of their work, and equally great care was taken when installing my new equipment. First rate is the only way to describe their compete effort. Once again, All Energy Solar has proved themselves to be the best experience a homeowner could ever have when making your solar dreams become a reality. Lastly, did I mention that since my system was installed back in 2021 I no longer have an electric power bill? Coming out of a Minnesota winter my Xcel credit is exceeding $200 as we head towards the peak of solar production. I anticipate the batteries just added to my existing solar will make that credit grow with the added benefit of being energy independent the next time the power goes out. Thanks again to the entire All Energy crew and my project manager, Paris.

Solar Experience Review
My experience with All Energy Solar has been outstanding from start to finish. Every interaction, from the initial contact to the final installation, was handled with courtesy and professionalism. The project manager and his team kept me well-informed with frequent and timely updates throughout the entire process. The installation crew — “MNCREW07” including Andrew, John, Eric, and Shawn — were highly knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and safety-conscious. They clearly explained each step of the installation and answered all my questions thoroughly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company for anyone considering solar solutions.

Incredibly smooth process from beginning to end
Can we rate them a 6 out of 5 stars? All Energy Solar has been an unexpected pleasure to work with from the first day we learned about our solar options to installation day (we are waiting for inspections and to go-live as I write this). Our sales person, Isaac was informative and quickly turned around the quote and was always responsive. Our project coordinator, Sierra, has kept us informed weekly and ensured we were always aware of status and next steps via email and phone calls. Our onsite evaluator for the design was very friendly and efficient. Lastly, our installation was incredibly smooth. We were fortunate to have Josh and Crew 1 onsite to perform the installation. The entire team was friendly and respectful of our property and incredibly efficient. Josh was a delight – friendly and informative and clearly knows every aspect of the solar installation and usage process. Every time we’d walk out to see the progress, Josh explained what they were doing and why and then also gave us brief educational snippets of information at the same time. Every aspect of the installation was smooth, and they left no evidence that they had been in the yard, in the attic or in the basement, other than the equipment. Everything was neat and tidy and very professionally installed, including the boxes and conduit on the outside of the house. Every single person has provided outstanding, clear communications and every aspect has been professionally handled. We have not had a single snag. We’re very excited for our production date! We are very particular people and would highly recommend All Energy Solar.

Battery installation was great!
John and Chris were amazing. They arrived on time, worked full days, and left the locations clean and orderly. They were respectful of my perenial garden as well. (This was on the ground below where the outside boxes needed to be installed.) They even tried to correct a wiring issue that wasn't their problem but that popped up during the install. Once install was completed, they went through the whole system and showed me what was doing what. I love All Energy Solar!!

Excellent Communication, Project Management & True to Their Word
After working with All Energy Solar for four months on design, permitting, and installation, we just turned on the solar panel installation today. Everyone we have interacted with at All Energy Solar has always been forthright, earnest in answering questions, and patient. Their project manager, Carlo Maloni, has done an excellent job communicating with us, explaining in advance all the steps and what will happen when, and regularly checking in. Everything Carlo outlined occurred according to the timelines and expectations set. We are very thankful for their professionalism, especially given the significant investment in a technology with which we had no prior experience. Rich (Massachusetts)

Going Solar with All Energy was the way to go!
I have been looking to go Solar for quite some time (over 8 years). I worked with David D many times during the 8 years and every time I contacted him he was very accommodating. David was AWESOME! I would compare every quote I received from David with more than 5 different installers and All Energy just couldn't be beat. There were 2 other reasons besides price that made All Energy very attractive to me and they were 1) Referrals -I personally knew of a few people that had used All Energy prior to me and they always had glowing reviews/accounts of working with All Energy. 2) Warranty - Many installers in the industry only cover certain items for 10 to 15 years while all of the critical warranties you need are covered for 25 years with All Energy. I recommend looking that fact up before you choose someone other than All-Energy! As a matter of fact, All Energy is the only option! I looked at going solar as an investment. I purchased my solar install rather than leasing because I wanted to reap the rewards financially instead of some installer getting the money. I know it was a fair chunk of money to spend but again I look at it as a 25 year investment. Back to the All Energy installers - The people that showed up to do the actual install were AMAZING. Very experienced and very professional! They never left a mess and made sure at the end of the working day to cover with me what was accomplished and what was still to come. My system was installed in the winter and these guys had to face the extreme cold and brutal conditions with wind, rain and snow. They showed up everyday ready to work! The PM - Carlo M. was FANTASTIC to work with. He called me all the time to tell me how the project was coming along prior to construction, during construction and after the project was completed. Carlo was always a phone call away if I had any questions. I honestly could not have had a better experience than I did with All Energy. Going Solar with All Energy was the way to go! Thank you. A worthy investment to offset the costs of running heat pumps
As with any large scale project I can't say it was seamless but overall I enjoyed working with the All Energy team. Mainly due to the scope of my property, trees, etc it took a while to finally come up with the right design and get on the same page but after that it went pretty smooth. I had 27 panels installed, 16 in the back yard and 11 on my roof. I was very pleased with the communication from the project coordinator educating me and keeping me informed along the way. Installation was finished within the time scope promised and again I was very pleased with the work that All Energy did on my property. Trenches had to be dug and it was a bit of a mess but they did a great job cleaning up after themselves and left me with a product that was pleasing to the eye. The last few steps like inspections and getting it turned on seemed to take an eternity but that's fairly typical with any town. The factors that lead me to choose All Energy were the panels themselves, the warranty and the overall price. Seemed to be a very good value versus other companies I went through the process with. My panels have been on for about two months, starting mid-January. Most of the first month was useless with the weather in our area. Now that it's mid-March I'm getting very good results from the panels and it's very easy to follow the production on the app. Lastly I really enjoyed the fact that they do not rent their panels. The only option is to buy them. Other companies I talked to that did both seemed to be a lot more pushy in the sales department and almost made me shy away from the process altogether. If my energy needs were to change again I wouldn't think twice about going through them again.

After installing solar panels in 2020 the next step wasTesla power wall 3. Great job John and Cris on their professionalism. Power wall takes off grid most of the day. With insensitive and rebates well worth the money. Kudos to All Energy Solar

Excellent experience
We had an excellent experience with All Energy Solar, which installed two arrays of solar panels on our house in Boston. Very professional and prompt in every aspect of the project, which was not an easy one due to a slate roof and complex, shifting permitting rules. Highly recommended. Already one month in we're producing more electricity than we are using, and it's still winter.

Happy customer of 9 years added 5kW to existing 8kW
After nine years of being a happy customer, we had All Energy Solar install 11 more panels on the garage, and 2 Tesla PowerWall-3s. Everyone there does a great job. They take care of all the permitting, and working with the electric company and the city. They will guide you through everything and make it as easy as possible. Knowing they will be there in the future, if I need them, is a big thing to me. Many of the employees have been around a while and they do excellent work. Thanks to Joe, Gabe and the rest of the panel install crew! Gabe is an amazing worker and he knows his job! Joe went out of his way to make sure everything was the way it should be. He even inspected the panels from 9 years ago and the roof, inside and out, to make sure everything was still good! The electric crew was led by Sean who is more than just an excellent electrician. He knows his stuff and is very passionate about it. I won't bore you with all the details of everything he did but he does the work like it's his own house, where he has his own solar and batteries that he is passionate about. My house was not easy, There was the original panels and inverter, a water heater that only runs off peak, a car charger in the garage, electric service on the far side of the house, wires needing to be run through an area with a finished ceiling, and limited space in the area where the main breaker panel is. The batteries went in the utility room in the basement, and all the associated gear and meters needed installing. He also replaced the old WiFi connections for the existing inverter and monitoring equipment, and hardwired those and all the new equipment to my router. He got the software configured and linked up with my phone too. He envisioned this all in his head, made a plan, and made it all happen! Sean also took the time to explain to me what this stuff is and how it works. If I ever have any solar or battery electrical work done in the future, I would be thrilled if Sean was person to do it!

Overall Great Experience.
I had a great experience working with everyone from the All Energy Solar team. They worked hard to keep me informed throughout the process. We had a few delays while waiting on the town to complete their permitting process, but I don't believe there is anything my representative, Carlo, could have done to move things along any faster. Overall, the project took 6 months from the signing of the contract to turning on the system. The panels were installed after 3 months which was ahead of the original timeline they gave me when signing the contract.

Installation was great.
I have had positive interactions with all members of the team except for Carlo Maloni, who was quick to ask me for payment but slow to respond to my concerns, turfing them to other team members a week or more after requesting.

Beware of High-Pressure Sales Tactics And Unprofessionalism
initially considered working with [Company Name] for my solar installation, as they were one of my top choices. However, after receiving a better quote from another company, I informed the salesperson of my decision. Instead of handling it professionally, the salesperson began bad-mouthing the competitor, which raised red flags and prompted me to seek additional quotes. Ultimately, I chose a different company. After notifying the salesperson of my decision, I received three follow-up emails the same day despite clearly stating that I was moving in another direction. At that point, the repeated messages felt excessive—borderline harassment. While I understand follow-ups are part of sales, this level of persistence was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I urge potential customers to be aware of their aggressive tactics before engaging with this company.

All Energy Solar Excels In All Respects
All Energy Solar Excels in All Respects I couldn't be happier with my completed solar system designed and executed by All Energy Solar. From our first contact to post-installation support, this company gets an A+. They are especially effective and conscientious in all areas of customer communication and in efficiently managing the project. We were delighted with the price, system design, component quality, installation process, and were impressed that the project progressed so smoothly and adhered to the agreed upon timeline. Their change control process was well defined and easy to use, and the regular project check-ins with our Project Manager worked beautifully to answer all our questions. He was always clear, gracious and respectful, good natured, patient and very proficient in working with us throughout. All Energy Solar successfully took care of all permits and approvals in a timely manner, their technical staff were top notch, and they adhered to industry standards and best practices during the installation. I'm thrilled with my system performance and energy yield thus far. This company is reliable, trustworthy, respected, and capable. I would highly recommend All Energy Solar with no reservations to anyone considering a solar project. You won't be disappointed!

Better than expected experience
I had a very positive experience at all stages of the project, from the pre-sales and sales conversations to the site survey, installation and post installation follow up. I would highly recommend All Energy Solar to anyone contemplating installing solar panels for their home or business. Top quality product in addition to the professional, courteous, and communicative staff. They kept me informed at every point of the project.

Best value for your $$$
All Energy Solar (AES) has done an incredible job with our solar install and has really made the whole process flow smoothly. Alex, Gabriel, John, Kevin, Greg and the crew, efficiently and effectively installed our 24 solar panel system (Jan. 2025), even in single digit temperatures. Panels, rails, micro-inverters were all mounted cleanly, with nice clean electrical runs. The team was informed and adherent to the electrical and building codes in our area. Really good group of guys, and they were also AES employees (which is important to me, when it comes to backing the warranty). Jared our sales person was so patient and informative, given all my questions. The design team, Angela and David, met with my wife and me, and really listened to both of our hopes for the system. They truley exceeded our expectations and were able meet both, my wish to maximize production and my wife's wishes for clean asthetics, while still provisioning what sales had quoted. Sierra and Annalise were there to coordinate and manage the project, making sure it all ran smoothly, while keeping us informed. It is evident that this company both invests in and values it's people. My wife and I had looked at a fair number of other solar companies, and given this companies price and value that they bring to the table, there was truley no other company, that we found, that came close. A number of our neighbors and friends have used the same company, and continue to be pleased with their installs and experience with this company. This organization is top notch! My wife and I strongly recommend them.

First Class outfit
We installed 8.4 kW All Energy Solar panels as part of our 3rd floor renovations over the late summer/early fall 2024. We selected All Energy primarily because they were able to provide us with the highest total capacity using their Silfab solar panels, and we also like the fact that they're are made in North America. We were also really impressed by all of the people we worked with, especially the Northeast project manager, Carlo Maloni. He kept us informed with periodic updates, and was instrumental in coordinating installation of the electrical conduits in the attic during the short time period available between when the roof was framed in and when the insulation was installed; this allowed us to not have any exposed conduit. Tony Alfano, the master electrician, was very accommodating to our GC's schedule, making the long trip from Chicopee to Cambridge for this one install; he completed his work quickly and efficiently. Overall, the entire crew was great to work with, and we are so VERY happy overall with our continuous electrical production, we still have the All Energy sign in our front yard. :)

Wonderful from beginning to end
I would HIGHLY recommend All Energy Solar without any hesitation. They are very courteous, professional, transparent and helpful throughout the process. David D’Onofrio, the salesperson understood our needs and goals. He was very swift with the array design and treated us like a friend. Carlo, our project manager was extremely responsive and answered every query we had through the process. Moreover, he provided updates every two weeks till the installation and activation was complete. The project was executed within the proposed timelines and they were flexible with our availability. Impressively the install, permit and activation were a breeze! We are very thankful for All Energy Solar!
