Jim and his team were fantastic throughout the whole process. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. The solar panels are generating enough power that we never have to pay an electric bill again. If you're on the fence, just go for it and you won't regret it.

Highly Recommended
This is actually the first review I have ever posted for a company and am doing so because of how impressed I was with Jim and his Celestial team throughout the whole process of going solar. Before I committed to going solar, I did a lot of research before I even talked with and requested quotes from 4 separate companies (2 national and 2 local). Jim was by far the most upfront and honest and his recommendations and suggestions were consistent with the research I had previously done on the current technology, pricing, estimated production, etc. He ended up working multiple designs for me to maximize my production while not wasting money and panels on roof locations that would not generate efficiently. His costs were substantially lower and the panel and microinverter selections were state of the art compared to the proposals the other companies were trying to convince me to go with. As impressed as was with Jim during the sales and design phase, I was equally impressed with the Celestial install team. They were timely, friendly, competent, and professional. They were approachable and responsive when I asked questions or discussed options when they were installing panels and doing the electrical work. I was happy that they actually reached out to me when there were last minute routing decisions to make sure I was happy with the final result. After the install was completed, I noticed there were a couple of panels that had small but annoying visual imperfections that were right next to my front entry way (which I saw every time I went in and out of my house). I sent Jim pictures of them and he immediately offered to swap them out for new ones, no charge. Finally, I was also impressed with the support Jim provided post install with the multiple county/BGE inspections. I decided to set up my own GATS and SREC exchange accounts so I did not take Celestial up on their offer to handle all this themselves. In summary, I am so happy I have gone solar and that I went with Jim and Celestial. I would highly recommend them.

Solar "A" Team!
Jim and Celestial Solar team were great to work with. They were responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and did great work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Their quote was accurate and no-nonsense; Jim worked out a couple different array options with us to look at different panel counts and mounting arrangements. He was patient in reviewing the options with us and working thru some permitting issues with the county. We have been live for a month now and love not paying for electricity anymore!

Great Solar Experience
My husband and I are very pleased with our solar panels, and even more so with our experience with Jim and Celestial Solar. After almost committing to Solar City, and hours of basically a sales speech, my neighbor told me about Jim and Celestial Solar and her great experience. Jim arranged a Zoom meeting with us after first getting an estimate of the project scope and cost. The installation was great. Jim really knows his business, and is quick to respond to questions and concerns. We have seen our electric bills basically vanish since our installation in July. Although of course, those are the sunnier, warmer months. We highly recommend Jim and his company.

Exceeded my expectations!
Amazing work by Jim & Celestial Solar...it only took two days to complete the project, got approval by the county in a couple of days, then we went live much faster than expected. Jim was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Would recommend 100%!

Smooth installation, great service
Celestial Solar did a great job with my solar installation. Jim was helpful in my free consultation, answering all my questions and providing a couple great options for my array configuration. The installation team was fast and friendly. They knew I was scared that my dogs might get loose when they were coming and going, and they took great care to knock when entering and having me hold the dogs when leaving. The array has been running for a couple months now and is already making a huge difference in my electric bill. The team at Celestial has been so great with their follow-ups, between getting me set up to monitor production to setting me up to trade solar credits and everything else I've needed. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and professional - you can't go wrong with Celestial.

Choose Celestial - you will not regret it
When I started researching which solar company to use, I had 4 companies provide bids. 3 of those companies were big chains that were quoting me for systems significantly too big, didn't understand local ordinances, and promising me things they could just not deliver. Celestial Solar, however, came in and explained everything to me very clearly right from the start. They were not the least expensive, but they provided me the best financing options, sent me ALL of the details on their products before our first meeting, provided a dozen customer testimonials (which none of the others did), and went above and beyond communicating to me throughout the entire process. It was a no -brainer when it came for who to choose and I 100% recommend them for your solar install.

Easy Decision - Highly recommend
Celestial Solar did an excellent job installing solar panels on our house in August 2023. We did a lot of research into various companies and Celestial Solar was an easy selection. Jim Reilly was great to work with. He explained everything (cost, process, benefits), answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly, which made the decision very easy. Absolutely recommend them.
