Winona's quote proved the best value of three different quotes I received. They were professional and timely throughout the whole process. I found them to be honest and straightforward. I appreciated the staff's willingness to explain various details before, during and after installation. When it came time to connect to the grid the utility company wanted changes made that would cost up to $ 3,000. The contractor stuck to their estimate and made the changes at no added cost. Contractor also participated in utility meetings.<br />
