Worth the wait!
Chris was very helpful in upgrading my electrical box and getting a quality solar product on my roof. Although ,the energy company was slow to accept my permitting and there were unforseen delays, Chris made everything right. Including paying two months of my bill while waiting for the Solar to be turned on.

The Company you can Trust - CKR Solar !
They have done a wonderful job on all the processes starting from getting the approvals from HOA, Electric board - TECO, Sales Consultancy, Installation, and after Service. The processing time they took to install and get them turned on was also very quick. They have been informing me about the step-by-step process and giving timely updates. The installation of panels was very clean and neat. Due to that I got the approvals very quickly from TECO and started producing the power. Now the system is up and running to date. The Sales person/team often called me to check how the system works and keep asked me for any issues or support - that is the team you need. CKR is the team - where you can trust for after support.

Great Company!

Chris and Kahlee are the most experienced professionals - experts on both the process and the tech! Hands down the best people in solar they were personally engaged in every step. The sales process: their proposal was the best in every way. The installation: My system was expertly installed according to spec and schedule. The performance: The system met every expectation starting day 1 and is paying off just as planned. Highly recommend!

Solar installation
Our experience with CKR solar has been the best ever. There were pleasant to work with on our property. They worked with us and told us step by step the installation process and worked in a timely manner. They were friendly, respectful, and courteous. our panels were a ground mount system and it looks awesome. They did what they said they would do Their installation crew was friendly and told us when they were coming every day and very knowledgeable about their product for our installation I couldn’t be happier with CKR. Their office staff always were polite and gave us the best service ever.If we had a question it was always answered Thank you For a great service

Amazing!!!
CKR Solar was fantastic from the beginning to the very end! Competitive pricing and great customer service. Our Sales Rep, Barbara, spent extra time walking us through the steps and helping us feel comfortable with our decision, incl. reviewing panels' specifics. The Customer Service Rep, Bianne, followed up with us regularly with any project updates. The process from signing the contract to having the panels installed was completed earlier than we expected. We will definitely recommend CKR!

Excellent service
After doing much research I decided to reach out to CK Solar & glad I did. I set my appointment. Sales Rep was on time! Here is my part 1 of my journey and process in case you want all the details from beginning to end. My 1st encounter with CK Solar so far has been outstanding. I met with Sales Rep, discussed my needs, he listen carefully and clearly understood what I was looking for in a Tesla battery backup system. I provided my current energy bill, this is needed to determine my usage. After reviewing my usage & further discussion, CK Solar was able to put together within a short period of time a proposal, laying out exactly what I needed and most importantly a clear picture of the benefits and why. I liked the proposal, the benefits and the why's; was ready to move to the next step. Now the next part I was super impressed with. The Financing wow was very easy, I was able to do application online via an email link sent. No long waiting period I was approved within the 30 minutes. Not with that said I do have excellent credit however I was told they have many options available for financing that was a just in case the bank declined me, so if your not in the very best category don't think you shouldn't try. Few days later CK Solar administrative team called to verify my information ensuring all was correct to move forward with planning. I like checks and balances. I received the final layout design and financial documents to sign via DocuSign. Within same week the operations manager was out to take few more pictures of my current electrical set up & roof (this was in additional to what the sales rep took). For me the more information collected the better. Now I am in holding as permits and design are submitted and approved. I will keep you posted. I look forward to submitting my next review which I believe will be as excellent.
