Best company for solar installs
I contacted GFE as they came out as a certified installer of PowerWalls. They were the first company that I contacted and the last out of 12 that I contacted. I did my research and found they were the best. I am now 3 years removed from the install and still speak nothing but high praises of GFE and encourage all to contact them. Even if a person doesn’t go with GFE, they will walk away with a host of new information from them. I encourage all to talk with them. I find that people that have a negative solar experience is because they went with a company that contracted out the labor and didn’t receive all the information. I got a clear and concise plan. A company that installed my system and showed me all aspects of it. And then informed me of who to contact for any warranty problems…them.

Nightmare solar install by 1SolarSolution to awesome ending
I had 1SolarSolution damage my roof after replacement and they did a shoddy solar install and then abandon me. 2 YEARS later after I won legally Good Faith stepped up to fix my solar install and help me with a battery backup solution and getting my botched solar install permitted by Frisco. Can't recommend these guys enough. It's the only solar company I would recommend.

Solar panel install
I got solar panels installed by Good Faith Energy. Their pricing was very good and the whole process was very easy. Once I signed the contract they took care of everything. They even filled out and submitted my HOA application. Theirpost-install service has been great. They setup a meeting to go over the app and make sure I understood it, and when we discovered a software bug that was causing some incorrect reporting, they handled it with the software provider and called me back to let me know it was fixed. It was a good experience all around.

Best Solar Company in DFW
My experience with Good Faith Energy has been exceptional. The sales process, planning, installation, and customer support have been well organized. They communicate effectively throughout the entire process. Mohammed did a fantastic job with selling me on the advantages of this company. Samantha has been great with her responsiveness to my project questions and Frans is very helpful and knowledgeable with his explanation of the app and other technical details. You won’t go wrong with Good Faith. They are restoring faith back into the residential solar industry.

I installed 16.5 KWH system with 43 panels plus a Franklin battery backup and upgraded Snap electric panel. Good Faith did a great job. I signed contract on March 14, 2023. They installed system within 4 days during the week of April 17. I researched solar companies for over 6 months and Good Faith was the only company that actually did a on-site inspection before I signed the purchase contract. They were also the only company that did no out -source the installation to 3rd party contractors. The system is up and running perfectly. The company also provided great follow-up to keep me informed of status throughout the process. They also always answered the phone when I called and returned my emails.
