I am pleased with the way that Kevin answered all of our questions thoroughly and in a way that non-technical customers like us can understand. We had NorthTek do three installations over the course of about seven years, and we have been very satisfied with the results - both the workmanship and the outputs of our solar electric and hot water systems. I wouldn`t hesitate to recommend NorthTek to our friends and associates.<br />Getting government rebates / incentives were definitely a factor in determining how large a system we were going to install, but the benefits that mattered most over time were environmental versus a hedge against future energy costs to us.

I was very satisfied with North-tek services. If I had any comments about issues it was never with Northtek yet my City did not have a well run permit program for solar and this caused an unexpected higher cost then it should have been. This is too hard to predict for anyone since each city is VERY different. <br />I would recommend Northtek to anyone, they were above "great", they were excellent!<br />I`m not clear on your last question.

Kevin did a very nice job on this project. He was very easy to contact, and especially easy to work with. He is also very personable. The panels were installed on-time and at the price quoted, which is very very nice. I am quite pleased, and I would recommend him to anybody.<br />I would be great if rebates and other incentives continued, as I believe a lot more folks would install solar panels.
