I had no problems with my installation process. Everyone was great to work with and everything was explained along the way in the process of the installation. Install looks great I would post a picture if I could.<br />

Problems always arise during a project of this magnitude- the key is, does the contractor allow the problems to become headaches ? Mike handled the few problems that arose in a timely, practical, and professional manner. The biggest glitch during the process had more to do with DTE`s getting its act together (regarding the up-front REC payment) than anything else- because we`re still in the early stages of DTE`s SolarCurrents program, I suppose one has to assume a few bugs along the way - it was obvious to me that things on their end were improving/being addressed as needed, and that the program is getting into a "groove."<br />Because DTE was still in the process of finalizing the method of up-front REC payments at the time we had the work done, we wound up paying for the project in full, and are awaiting the up-front REC payment check. It is my understanding that DTE now allows the REC payment to go directly to the contractor, thereby "netting" out the amount the customer must pay to the contractor.

Mike was great to work with.<br />The Final 25% of the bill is due after getting the refund check from DTE, which I think is a good incentive from Phoenix

Mike Miller of Phoenix Environmrntial, Inc. provided several design ideas for our application and took the time to explain the difference in detail. The work was started on time and keep on schedule. Mike's education and interests in alternative energy was a plus for our decision to have Phoenix install our solar array.<br />No work corrections were needed the job was done right the first time.
