Great company
We had gone with a different solar company but due to them taking so long we contacted shine solar. They got things done in record time and had great communication thought the process. I suggest them for anyone going solar!

Shine Solar was very professional throughout the process. Installation took longer than expected, but they did contact me letting me know the hold ups. The post installation meeting had helpful information. The work crew was very nice and got done quickly. It was mostly just a waiting game due to other departments and companies also needing to do their jobs. So far each time I have contacted them I have gotten a same day response.

Professional & Knowledgeable Solar Company!
Shine Solar has been an awesome Solar Company for me and the family. Tad in sales was such a fantastic guy to work with at the beginning stages and was always readily available to answer any questions I had regarding our solar project during pre-phase. Shine was very professional and organized during the whole design phase and install process. After our panels were installed and paper work was filed it was a waiting game for Carroll Electric to inspect, approve and sub the meter which took awhile on their end. During this time Jean from Shine was my project manager and kept in touch with me almost day to day to keep up with our solar project to get our system operational and up and running as soon as possible. Once the system was finally turned on, Jean kept monitoring our system and noticed a couple of panels not functioning properly in which I never knew. Shine had scheduled a tech to come out to fix the problem the very next day. Shine Solar has a been a great company to work with and highly recommend them to anyone looking to go green! Special shout out to Tad and Jean! Those guys were exceptional.

Very Happy with our Solar Project
Shine did a great job with our solar project. We are excited to be generating and love how the panels look on the house. they addressed all of our concerns and made sure to keep up up to date through most of the process. We only had one hiccup when our account manager changed but that got straightened out and was smooth sailing from there on.

We were extremely happy with Shine Solar and our new solar panels from the sales process to the post connection meeting. They were very transparent and honest from beginning to end. Our salesman answered our questions in detail and provided a clear explanation of how going solar would provide savings over the life of our system. The account manager quickly set a date for installation, the contractors showed up early and our panels were installed before we came home from work. Finally, the post installation customer liaison brought everything to life by helping us get set up so we could see our system producing in real-time. We couldn't be happier!!

Rest Easy! They Got This!
Keep it simple! Get a professional company with an amazing track record when you are doing any kind of work on your home. I did my research and settled on Shine Solar. Why? They have years of experience in dealing with products, installation, monitoring performance after the job is complete. They 'held my hand' from start to finish. My neighbors were amazed that my system was up and saving me hundreds while their system was still incomplete. Subcontractors waiting on this subcontractor waiting on the permit, waiting on the inspection. My panels are American made and top rated performers. Service before, during and after the sale. My mobile app keeps me appraised of the systems savings, etc. Choosing Shine Solar was like an oasis in a desert of 'wannabes'. One of my smartest decisions. Oh yeah, our utility company has already had FOUR rate increases. Glad to have that worry out of the way! My utility bill is one of my smallest monthly bills now. Thank you Shine Solar!!

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE
From the beginning of purchasing our solar system to the connection with our electric company, Shine Solar was there every step of the way. I can't say enough about the team that installed the panels. They were so professional and took the time to answer my questions and explain to me what everything was and what the equipment was they were installing. Adriano ( hope I spelled his name correctly) was available any time I had questions about the entire process. Overall, my experience with Shine Solar was exceptional.
