I got a Franklin battery installed and it was defective. I got a new one yesterday and it works fine. However, the installers really need a way to move those heavy batteries. The winch was pathetic. I think it was designed to take the battery out of the van only. Trying to put the defective one back in the van was problematic. They (Franklin) must have a better solution to this. Because the installers run a high risk of injury to their back and bodies. Additionally, I could use a little instruction on the use of the Franklin app. Does that fall on the salesperson or the installation supervisor?

When you need straight forward answers, to question my rep Ellie, is the Best. What I need was a person who would answer my question without trying to bait a swich, me into buying something that I did not need. This Company has great reviews and That is what motived me to check them out.

Roy was my representative. He took care of everything and was always timely and kind. All of the staff at Solar Alternatives that worked on my project were excellent with their jobs. I can't say enough good things. Thank y'all very much.

Solar Alternatives representatives were professional and effective throughout our project of adding a Tesla solar battery to our solar panels that were already in place. We are now, essentially, off the grid, because our excess solar power is stored in the battery and used by us whenever the sun is down. The battery also provides power during power outages which will come in handy during hurricanes and squalls. All of the Solar Alternatives servicemen who were involved in the installation were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them!

Solar Alternatives is a great group to work with. Everyone I came into contact with was helpful and they did a great job. Very happy with the work they did and have been very happy with the savings on the monthly bills as well.

Installed in June, now September and system is still not working right. Have called multiple times without clear answers. Would NEVER use again.

Overall great experience. Jeff is very knowledgeable technically and workers did a great job.

We do feel like it is not making the anticipated power this summer. Making us a little nervous...

Solar Alternatives did a great job. I am thrilled with my energy saving, my ability to monitor those savings as well as my real time energy consumption. The transluscent panels look great. I love the back up system I also got. Working with this company has been has been a breeze. My energy savings have been considerable.

Had PV and Solar backup installed on my home. The work was completed on time and on budget. All of my tax information was given to me and explained. My electric bill had dropped 80% since the system was installed. I am very pleased with the experience.
