Caveat Emptor<br />One year update (1/28/21) - After over a year since my panels and other energy improvements were installed, I am disappointed in Unlimited Solar. Solely because the Sales Person (Andrew H, who is no longer with Unlimited Solar), sold me the solar system & energy improvements along with a "guarantee" that it would eliminate my FPL energy consumption after one year and purchase of additional energy improvements along with the panels. If not, Unlimited Solar would install more panels at no cost.<br /><br />Sounded too good to believe then and now. Before I signed the agreement I asked Andrew H on the phone to confirm the "guarantee" and he verbally said yes, but only after 1 year and if I purchase the energy improvements along with the panels. Before I signed the agreement, I emailed Andrew and to re-confirm the "guarantee" and again he confirmed the "guarantee" but only one year of working panels.<br />It's been over a year, at best the solar & energy improvements have cut my bill by 40%. Which is great; however, that is not what Unlimited Solar sold me.<br />I called numerous times asking about that "guarantee" and was told by the office staff they would follow up with Sales, but they did not know anything about that "guarantee" and, even though Andrew H was no longer with Unlimited Solar, they would call him to confirm. I forwarded Unlimited Solar email confirmation from Andrew as evidence, but no response. (Note: Mr. Hopta is now at a company called Urban Solar).<br /><br />I was not expecting Unlimited Solar to install 60% more panels, but I was expecting they call me back out of courtesy and try to do something to make up for this shady and unethical sales practice.<br /><br />I must add that I did not have any problems with the installation team. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Which is another reason I am surprised.
