Excellent service

After doing much research I decided to reach out to CK Solar & glad I did. I set my appointment. Sales Rep was on time! Here is my part 1 of my journey and process in case you want all the details from beginning to end. My 1st encounter with CK Solar so far has been outstanding. I met with Sales Rep, discussed my needs, he listen carefully and clearly understood what I was looking for in a Tesla battery backup system. I provided my current energy bill, this is needed to determine my usage. After reviewing my usage & further discussion, CK Solar was able to put together within a short period of time a proposal, laying out exactly what I needed and most importantly a clear picture of the benefits and why. I liked the proposal, the benefits and the why's; was ready to move to the next step. Now the next part I was super impressed with. The Financing wow was very easy, I was able to do application online via an email link sent. No long waiting period I was approved within the 30 minutes. Not with that said I do have excellent credit however I was told they have many options available for financing that was a just in case the bank declined me, so if your not in the very best category don't think you shouldn't try. Few days later CK Solar administrative team called to verify my information ensuring all was correct to move forward with planning. I like checks and balances. I received the final layout design and financial documents to sign via DocuSign. Within same week the operations manager was out to take few more pictures of my current electrical set up & roof (this was in additional to what the sales rep took). For me the more information collected the better. Now I am in holding as permits and design are submitted and approved. I will keep you posted. I look forward to submitting my next review which I believe will be as excellent.
