Really Bad service

Product and idea seem great. But Smart Wave Solar has really bad service. I was just contacted from PacifCorp to see if I could get one of Smart Wave Solar's employees to call them on an application they sent in. Not only would they not give me a number in Customer Service, they are not allowed to call them. Everyone works from home and they have no management of their employees. It is terrible when the Power Company and City employees can not get help. I am concerned as a customer my service has been poor. Process was started the first of May and now middle of Novemeber, I caused a few weeks of delay with questions and travel. But do not let Smart Wave always blame Cities and Power Companies, it is Smart Wave not following through or very long in ordering services.
