Very Bad Experience

A lot of promises, but very bad on fulfilment. 1. Installation: they were unable to do it in one effort. Told me that thy need to strengthen the roof, but when the team came, they didn't have necessary parts, so after few back and forth, they claimed that strengthening is not needed. 2. Inspection: thy didn't pass because the grounding wire was lacking. They installed this wire 4(!) months after installation and had a new inspection recently. I still don't know if they passed it this time. 3. The sales rep, Chris, promised to remove the trees blocking the sun for free, it is still not done 5(!) months after. I tried to contact Chris, Chris's boss, Sam, customer service and project manager without any results. I haven't heard from them recently. So, after almost 6 months the system is still inactive and I have no idea when they will fix the things.
