Did a Great job, Cleaned up every day .Inspections were organized and on time ., Explained the Installation as it progressed was clear .

We purchased this system in 2023, based on the "IMPLIED" sales pitch that the company was going to opening an office in Kailua Kona. We were told by the the salesman that technical response would be within 24 to 48 hours. I should have gotten everything in writing! As of this writing, our system has shut down 4 times within the last 6 months. While the tech support has resolved the issue, they do not respond within the 24-48 hours that we were led to believe. Since they operate out of Hilo, we've been lucky to get them here within a week. There was once exception when it was 2 days but that isn't the norm. I've gotten support by calling the Tesla contact center, but there is only so much that they can do. The latest issue was somewhat resolved with the support of the contact center. The agent did escalate the issue to another level but it may be 15 days before a more knowledgeable Tesla technician has the opportunity to look at all the issues that we've had. He did agree that this shouldn't be happening but he doesn't believe that it's a Tesla issue, but he wasn't in a position to make that decision. I did contact the Provision tech who said that he was looking into it. I haven't heard anything back from Provision.

Had two Tesla batteries installed. Cannot say enough good things about ProVision Solar! They took care of everything from design to permitting and installation. Support throughout was amazing. Houston and his crew were the most professional group of workers we’ve ever worked with. Would highly recommend ProVision Solar to anyone considering any type of solar installation!

We chose them because they've been consistently highly rated by their clients and their expertise and thoughtfulness was evident from the onset. They're nice folks too, easy to do business with. Hardware and engineering is state of the art. This was a long and detailed process to navigate through the applications, plans, and permitting with the utility and the building department. They told us what to expect and when, handled it all for us, kept us in the loop, and once all the approvals were granted, the installers were fast and did absolutely beautiful work. Our system is everything we hoped for and we're quite happy we chose Provision Solar to make it happen.

We wanted a local company that could get the job done professionally and that would be there for us long term if anything went wrong. Other solar companies in the area have come and gone over the years, but Provision Solar has maintained a steady presence. We have been happy with their friendly and efficient service. However I’ll just note that the salesperson who designed our original system did not make it big enough. We had two more panels installed a year later to bring us closer to complete self sufficiency. It would have been better to do it all at once, but all’s we’ll that ends well.

ProVision has always been willing to work with me. From our initial NEM installation to our upgraded NEM+ installation, they always give me comprehensive answers to my technical questions. They have also gone out of their way to accommodate the unique nature of my installation.

About 12 years ago, I researched several solar companies and chose ProVision because I connected with Marco Mangelsdorf, who impressed me with his knowledge and customer service attitude. I have loved those first solar panels so much that this year, I added a few panels and a TESLA wall. There was no question that I would again use ProVision. This time, there were a few glitches with the envoy that shows me how the panels are doing and his employees worked tirelessly to fix the problem. They were excellent at communicating progress and problems and within about 2 weeks, the problem was solved and has been fine ever since. (The panels were working properly — just the connection to my online monitor wasn’t working properly.) The new panels are even more efficient than the older ones, which is nice, but I absolutely love the TESLA wall. It is easy to work with, and there have been three brief power outages since I got the battery — I didn’t even know they had happened until I looked at the back-up history. Just WOW. I strong recommend ProVision.

Through no fault of ProVision, my inverter was DOA. They worked with Outback to get a replacement and followed through until everything was working properly.

Provision was great. I recommend them highly for any PV system.

To the above question - the environment, the planet and most of all not having to depend on fuel sources for my power. Taking the control of my life or what I have to pay for electricity out of the govenment`s hands.

there have been some issues in system operation and monitoring which the contractor has been very conscience about addressing.
