Our house has an early adopter system on it installed by Sunstore in 2008. We were solar newbies when we bought the house in 2012. They were there to explain the system when we bought, & have never disappointed us since.

My husband and I got multiple quotes from solar installers in this area. We compared the quotes and warranties to determine the best path to go. We researched each of the suppliers to see their Customer Satisfaction ratings and how long they had been in business. Sunstore Solar had been in business in this area longer than the competition and had the most reviews with an Excellent rating. They handled all aspects of our program and did an Excellent job. They kept us up to date on the progress and what steps were next to be completed. We have been totally satisfied with them and are proud to recommend them to other people looking to install Solar.

Installation all as promised
Situation was a little confusing in the beginning, with some communication issues. Took a number of calls to get someone to call me back, but once I got Charro she came to my home right away and was excellent. Once the installation process began, all went well. The installation was very professional and the system generates as much energy as predicted. We had damage to our gutters from the installation that they tried to fix, but the repair was inadequate, so we had to hire someone to replace, but all things considered, I would put the panels in again and hire Sunstore Solar to do.

10 years later, still pleased!
My solar-thermal water heating system was installed in November 2006 and it has NEVER been serviced, yet has worked perfectly for the past 10+ years. It works so well that I actually turn my hot water heater off at the breaker for about eight months of the year. Outstanding Company to do Business With
From the moment we contracted with Sunstore our experience with them has been outstanding. We worked with Charro and Ashley and their level of knowledge was very impressive. They were professional, honest and a pleasure to do business with. Better yet, their installation crew were about the best craftspeople we have ever worked with. They spent extra time observing our property, planning on the best setup of the array for both solar production and visual esthetics. They showed so much pride in their work and they didn't leave as much as a scrap of paper or piece of dust behind. I can't recommend them enough

Excellent Service and Experience
Our experience with Sunstore Solar was fantastic! Professionalism was consistent throughout the entire process (sales thru installation). We were reluctant to have panels installed on top of our roof, but were ensured they would look fine. WOW they were correct! They look and work great! It was above and beyond the current building codes and the symmetry was beyond compare.

Perfect
Sunstore installed our solar panels about one year ago. From start (planning) to finish (installation) Sunstore staff did a great job. Our panels have worked perfectly from day one til now. Our electric bill is less that half of what is was. We are thrilled to have reduced our use of fossil fuels. I would highly recommend this company and wish everyone who possibly can would get solar panels installed. We all need to vote for the candidates who will promote a tax rebate for solar panel installation in NC.

Great people, great product!
I'm not big on writing reviews, but if you are like I was, looking into getting solar power but not having any idea as to what you need or what it should cost, these are the people to go to! After sitting with a salesman from a solar company that I heard about on the radio for 3 hours who wanted I sell me a "total energy efficiency" package and who pressured me to pay Today in order to save $5000 on the cost, it was so refreshing to talk to Charro on the phone and get a basic estimate by email that I could think over. They were honest, dependable, quick, thorough, and nice. Already seeing a big change in our power bill and we have the peace of mind that comes with backup power during an outage! Thanks so much guys!
