Outstanding customer service
We were burnt by a previous solar company that went bankrupt mid-job so I was looking for an established company I could trust that would be more hands on. Tick Tock was everything I was wanted and then some. We live a couple hours away from their headquarters, but they never made an issue of the distance and were always available to answer questions quickly and professionally. They were great about handling my notoriously slow local permitting process and stayed on the city and utility till they completed the final inspections and I was able to turn on the array. They’re tech support is easy to work with and quick to get back to you with answers to even the silliest questions. I’ve already recommended them to a several friends in the area who are solar curious!

First Class Staff, Service, and Product
We had always discussed installing solar for our home but were intimidated mainly due to our lack of understanding. Researching on our own was overwhelming to say the least. We were referred to Tick Tock Energy by some friends who had nothing but great things to say about their experience with them and their solar system. Well, we weren't disappointed. Tick Tock explained the in's and out's very thoroughly and in language we could understand, answered all of our questions in a timely manner, and delivered everything they promised from start to finish. Exceptional Service
