I am reaching out to have a mySolaredge user created. I installed the system through Sunrun and somehow they won't gave me a homeowner user access. I am contacting solaredge customer support but was told that a site has to be created by installer first. I get stuck in between solaredge and sunrun at this moment. But solaredge customer support is nice to me and I appreciated their help.
