I have had a problem with the panels ever since January and have to pay my electric company O&R and a bill with Sunrun so I pay over 600 a month and they can’t get someone out to my house till April 5.

I was referred to McKenzie through a friend but I was very skeptical about going solar, at first. I always like to do some research and compare before making a decision to know my options. Even though there were other options, I’m glad I chose Sunrun. McKenzie was on charged of my account, she made sure all of my questions were answered and she stayed it in touch with me in every single detail. The fact that the process was easy and simple I was very excited to switch to solar, and that pushed me on getting heat pumps as well. Since heat pumps used more electricity going solar help to minimizes my electrical bills . Now I feel like I am doing something good for the environment which is important to me, and Sunrun made it easy to do that!

Have them since 2014
Well have them for a while and system isn't good !they say is working properly but my electric bill in summer time goes all the way to $500 and never see difference between before this and after! The sales person promised me it will cover my home usage and I asked in special for the central AC well contacted them via email and phone but never a call back or email now like a year ago they started trying to be nice with me to upgrade my solar system from 1/4 of MY ROOF to something better trying to get $125.00 over the $70.00 all ready paying so a new contract and I'm not to the idea of doing it other solar companies been telling me that they scam me putting only 16 panels will do nothing to my 1 family home all my appliances are energy safe all my lights are Led and smart switches if I don't need they stay off .so go solar make them rich and we get more bills to pay ! STAY AWAY FROM SUNRUN THEY ARE BIG TIME LIES!!!!

Horrible Company! Do not buy their product
Following the heavy rains our roof and interior of the home received serious damage. We have confirmed by our contractor and insurance company that the problem is the installation of the solar panels. When we called Sunrun it took many demands to get to a real person. Then we were advised that after 5 year warranty Everything is now our responsibility. They want thousands to come remove and reinstall the panels, we then have to pay $10,000+ to get a new roof. At this point we don’t want the solar because it could happen again. Oh by the way we have to pay the remaining 10years on our lease, which would be $18,000. This company is a joke.

Unhappy customer
I wouldn't recommend this company and here's a few reasons. I didn't get the gift card. They didn't put up enough panels.They added more panels and charged more and still not enough panels. Most times my stove, washer, dryer and TV's are not plugged in to save on electricity. Only main TV is plugged in, the one in living room. I am so sorry a friend recommend this company.

Lies
People be very aware John gives you his sales pitch and does nothing but give you excuses, lies for not giving you a price for a system.........he's working on it, he needs to check with an installer, needs to check your credit score.......... I have check with a few other companies, not one has needed to check your credit in order to give you a price........you have to ask why all the games?

EV charger through O'Meara Ford
They had nothing but "internal issues" for 3 months while I was trying to get an EV charger shipped. I wasn't even trying for installation, just shipment, and they still couldn't provide. I bought an EV through Ford and had to have them chase down a charger since it was hurting their business. Don't work with Sunrun, they will do nothing for you. Don't partner with them either as they are hurting other businesses as well.

8 years no NG bill
Mary and I have had the system for 8 years now we have been very happy with our decision to go solar. We had a minor leak where the panels were located. They came out to fix it! We haven't received a national grid bill in 8 years and have a sizable credit. We are saving a ton because I know the power prices have gone up. My neighbors tell me that their bills have been crazy but we wouldn't know because we thankfully don't get a bill from NG. We have loved our experience

Not at all a good company, 1,they promised that electricity rate will be locked at the time of my solar contract,that was a complete lie 2 when they installed panels on my roof I asked for screens to discourage pigeons from making next their reply was ,it is not necessary because it gets very hot n they can't make nest ,not true after so many phone calls n complain to their sales person ,they came cleaned nearly 20 lbs of their poop,nest material n dead pegions 3 my panels r not working for last 3 months ,they still have not repaired n loss of electricity pay is yet to settle In short I will not suggest this company ,unless one wants frustratios,headache n repeated calling
