Really great experience for me going Solar. Steve did a great job explaining to me all the different options, what would be the best fit for me with the options, and also helping me compare the different options from other companies without a bias. Analee was helpful during the install process, the install took longer than expected but she was helpful keeping me updated along the way. Really nice now that we have our solar installed and running!!

Outstanding!
We knew we'd choose SmartWave from the day we met Scott. We appreciated their customer centered approach and the sentiment he shared about his experience working for SmartWave. We anticipated the process to be drawn out, but the team at SmartWave was (for the most part) communicative and worked to overcome the challenges associated with this type of installation (Xcel's role is the greatest obstacle in any case). Highly recommend.

Good experience
It was a good experience. There were 1 or 2 little things, however that is bound to happen with any construction project. The installers for both the new meter and the panels themselves were great and friendly.

I sat through 7 solar pitches before deciding on Smart Wave
I am so glad I chose Smart Wave after what felt like endless research on providers in Utah. Bryant explained things the best and honestly pressured us the least. Smart Wave's history in Utah also played a large role in our decision. Our 32 panel install took place over 2 days, but the team was very efficient and professional. On the first day, Matt and Kevin worked on our build, with Killian joining them the second day. They were polite, courteous, and always available to answer questions. We appreciated them checking our yard to pick up any install pieces since we have a dog. The panels themselves look very sleek, and we're super happy with how it turned out. So far from sales, design, and install, Smart Wave Solar has been responsive and on top of our build; always willing to explain things. We can't wait for our system to be approved and switched on.

Smart Wave Solar is Amazing!
When we decided to install rooftop solar, we checked out dozens of companies, and eventually decided to to with Smart Wave Solar. It was definitely the right decision. Our sales contact, Lindsay patiently explained the different options and the pros/cons of each. AnaLee, our project manager was awesome as well. She took our input on project design and panel layout, and kept us informed with weekly updates on project status. Smart Wave took care of all of the necessary permits and was the main point in working with the local utility for installation. Thee install process was very quick, and they even followed up, in person, to make sure everything was done correctly. I certainly recommend Smart Wave Solar to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, yet professional solar install.

Time from purchase to install was incredibly fast. Salesman was very helpful and straightforward, never pushy. Isaak and the rest of the install crew were amazing to work with - courteous, professional, happy to answer questions, etc. The panels look great. Haven't had our final inspection yet so they're not up and running quite yet but very satisfied with the process so far.

Really Bad service
Product and idea seem great. But Smart Wave Solar has really bad service. I was just contacted from PacifCorp to see if I could get one of Smart Wave Solar's employees to call them on an application they sent in. Not only would they not give me a number in Customer Service, they are not allowed to call them. Everyone works from home and they have no management of their employees. It is terrible when the Power Company and City employees can not get help. I am concerned as a customer my service has been poor. Process was started the first of May and now middle of Novemeber, I caused a few weeks of delay with questions and travel. But do not let Smart Wave always blame Cities and Power Companies, it is Smart Wave not following through or very long in ordering services.

Great solar company
I recieved multiple quotes from solar companies and found smart wave solar to be the best product and value. Very happy with service and communication through the whole process!
