Worst Company Ever
We were supposed to start installation right after Labor Day of 2022. Since they only saw our roof from google earth, they did not bring the correct size of bolts for the project. They left and we didn't hear from them again, so after 3 weeks, we started calling them and got no response. I called the sales person and said I wanted one good reason why we shouldn't cancel this project and suddenly we got action. Installation began 2 weeks later. Then we were told the battery was backordered and it would be at least a week or more before it would be in stock. It took over 2 weeks and then it took several days to install. Inspection was scheduled and when the city came out they couldn't find the grounding and neither could the person from solar 360. The inspection was again scheduled for a week later and prior to the city coming that day, solar 360 was again at the house and still couldn't find the grounding. Luckily they called the electrician and it was located before the city inspector arrived. The inspection was approved and the application for PTO was sent to SDG&E on December 5th. We didn't hear from anyone so we called Solar 360 to find out what was going on and was told when a battery is involved it takes longer to get approval. On January 4th, I called SDG&E myself to ask why they are taking so long to approve our solar. The agent told me they denied our application on December 8th because the application was filled out incorrectly by Solar 360. I called Solar 360 and let them have it. The manager said it would be resubmitted that day and he would keep me posted. Well, the second application was also filled out incorrectly and again our application was denied. Finally on January 9th, we got the PTO (permission to operate). This company lacks in so many areas, poor planning, NO communication, poor organization, poor customer service, lack of knowledge, and absolutely no follow-up on active projects. I hope the owner of this company reaches out to me, because I would look forward to talking to him/her about the way the company is operating.

Unresponsive when there are problems after payment received
My solar system that Solar 360 installed has been down for more than 3 weeks. I have contacted at least 6 different people, including the owner, at the company via phone, website, email, messaging, texting and receive no response about how this issue will be fixed. The cause for this failure is due to their failure to follow the equipment manufacturer's best practice recommendations to install adequate surge protection. I had inquired about this protection prior to signing the contract but was told they do not provide the service and they did not recommend it. They failed the first city inspection due to insufficient grounding of the system. They addressed this issue in an unsightly manner (see photos) by running additional wiring from the back and side of my house down the front entry area. Once they managed to pass inspection, they removed the additional code required grounding, stating that it was unnecessary and only needed to pass inspection in certain cities. Further, they would only address it if I added more panels in the future. They again assured me that the system would be "perfectly fine" without it. They had promised me that any solar production problems would be monitored and repaired by Solar 360 but in fact did not take any action on this issue until I discovered it myself and notified them more than a week later. Their contract guaranteed I would achieve a threshold production level which I will now not meet due to their delays in fixing the problem. I have requested documentation of the problem, an estimate for repairs, and a timeline for work to be completed. All my correspondences continue to go unanswered in a timely manner, including my last 2 when I explained I had no other option but to report them to the state licensing board and find another contractor if my concerns were not addressed. The other company responded right away and also informed me that Solar 360's license may be subject to discipline by the California State License Board, according to the CSLB website

Worst company and worst customer service.
Been emailing and calling them for many, many months now but still they haven't come to fix it. They keep promising that they will fix it but up to now not yet. My bill is so high because they haven't fix my solar.

one of the best solar installers in the greater LA area
I called Solar 360 when I made the decision to install solar/batteries/car charger. They called back within hours, 2 days later Dominique Rivas came by and started by first trying to understand what I wanted. He then, with great professionalism and knowledge, advised me of things to be done and was upfront about additional cost possible due to needed electrical upgrades. 2 days later I had a quote in my hand that was pretty much in the middle of published LA $/W. I didn't even get another quote with Dominique having given me all the confidence I needed. If a guy like that work in a company the company has to be good. Long story short, all went well, they were upfront about everything, tried to save me money, dealt with the usual hick-ups professionally and I am satisfied running the whole thing for 1.5 months now. All of the people involved in my project were great, diligent and very professional - Courtney Ford, Jerad Flickner, Eli,Scott,.......... Ok it is Jan 24, 2020 and the system is running just fine. I am writing an update because Solar360 has shown that not only are they a great installer, no, they keep on showing dedication and commitment to their customers (at least in my case) long after the installation. There is usually little things that need ironing out and Jerad Flickner is totally committed to get it all right and so are the Solar360 technicians if needed.
