TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH
I AM A TITAN SALESPERSON and so sorry about it, I do not recommend this company at all, and again I am, well was, a salesperson working for Titan Solar Co. No one at this company can help you deliver what was promised to the customer, it is so embarrassing not to be able to even get in touch with anybody to assist you, well me a salesperson, imagine as a customer, to solve the customers promises. I have a customer who was promised some home improvement assistance about 6 months ago, I have called and called and spoken to many people, however no one can help me help the customer some 4 months later, how embarrassing and terrible way to do business. I am so sorry for my customer. Please don't do business with TITAN SOLAR, they are useless, unprofessional and a rip off!!!

Destroyed our new roof and caused water damage and mold inside
We had solar panels installed on our newly renovated home in March of 2023. The installation was not done correctly on our metal roof, and it caused catastrophic damage to the roof, walls, and the subfloor in the home. We contacted Titan in early Aug 2023 and are STILL waiting for them to replace the subfloor and the walls. The roof was JUST replaced in Jan 2024 after 5 months of waiting. We have had LITTLE to no communication with them. When we get a response to our request for an update, it's always, “We are waiting on our legal team and insurance to respond.” We have not been able to have people living in the home since AUG 2023 due to mold! It's now Feb 22, 2024, and we still have open walls and damaged subflooring! We are over 6 months of waiting and losing income at this point. We have contacted the BBB and the Georgia Attorney General's office. This was the WORST mistake we made, and it just keeps compounding.

Total Nightmare
After 18 months, 7 failed inspections, having to file a report with the Contractor's Board, and hiring an attorney we finally have a system that is operating. Incompetence at every level . I give Titan Solar zero stars in every category.

Horrible Company
Getting them to install on our roof was a chore. It took them 3 weeks to get the system up from the original scheduled date. Been trying to get them to come out so we can get a roof replacement. They say they will do it, but they have refused to contact us back. This process has been going on for over a month! Going to tell them to take everything back once removed. Horribly unprofessional! Stay away!!

Titan Solar - Baah BAAH BLACK SHEEP
Tyler Duprey from the Mitt Group leased me a system for Sun Run to finance and Titan Solar to install…confused yet? Titan has PARTNERS who sell/lease for them to install. I signed a CONTRACT for an 11kwh (27 panels) system for a lease payment of $126 monthly. I chose a nice 400 cell panel and IQ8 inverters (I come from the Solar business also). Titan did the site survey effectively and quickly and that’s where the good times ended. I started calling for updates to the Titan office in Arizona after about a month. No updates available. I called the local city permit office and they said the master electrician that Titan used needed to sign off on the deal and I told Titan and they did get this done with my prompting. I called for more updates weekly and finally got the receptionist who answers the phones for Titan to take my concerns to a manager. So in comes LENIN into the picture. He tells me the my system is underpriced and they would lose $5000 dollars so if I agreed to a lesser panel/inverter he would adjust my price to $137 “or so” a month. Well the “or so” wound up being $156 a month. That’s almost $10,000 more over the life of the 25 year loan. I have responded directly to Lenin (cell phone +1 (602) 439-3826) three times now that they need to 1. Sue the MITT group 2. Honor the contract 3. Be more reasonable with their verbal price “or so” commitment on the phone. Lawyers out there??…isn’t this a BREECH OF CONTRACT BTW - Tyler Duprey from the MITT GROUP I would avoid…he ghosted me and his company did also as soon as the contract was signed!

I had a 26 panel with battery back up system installed on my house. The system was sold by Phoenix Exteriors, who then contracted with Titan, who then subcontracted with another electrical company out of Nashville. I paid $97K for a 10Kwh system that has never produced more than 5Kwh on the sunniest of days. The electricians who installed the system refuse to come out and fix whatever is wrong with it. Titan solar will not answer calls and Phoenix exteriors hasn't done anything to get this problem fixed. So now I pay for solar panels and an electric bill every month. Do not buy solar panels from either of these companies.

SCAM
Solar panels are a scam. From the get go everyone involved with titan said I wouldn’t have a power bill anymore other than the rental on a meter, LIE. Get a bill every month, not as much as before but when adding the cost of the solar panels it’s more through out the year. I’m all for helping the environment but this isn’t the way. Titan solar should be shut down for being dishonest.

Stay away from Titan Solar
In May 2022 I signed on for solar panels with Titan Solar sold by Vivant solar representative. I was a fool and did not do my research. What a mistake for 23K in panels. Install was scheduled for July 2022. No show no call! Finally, by Aug 19th 2022 my install was finished but the bank paid contractor on the Aug 18th which was my reschedule date and they did not show but did call. After install Xcel Energy could not install their meter as they put wrong electrical box on my home. Another crazy of calling every day to get correction done. After about 2 weeks they can out with help of Xcel Energy solar departments help replaced the box but wired it wrong again Xcel could not install their meter. By the end of September, we finally were connected. However, I noticed an issue with one of the panels production and optimizer keep in mind all research I did on my own plus daily calls on phone 2-6 hours daily trying to get service or repair. I also had to file my own paperwork for the 10% NM State rebate and the 30% Federal tax credit. Yes I was up an running in a few months but serveral issues with production ect Finally with the help of Solar Edge they determined my optimizer was bad and warrentied the part along with another visit from them to verify that took several weeks to get installed even though it was sent to Titan in 2 days as Solar Edge sent me tracking info ect... It has been a nightmare. Finally, by Feb 2023 everything was great after Titan reported the serial number replacement had been completed... About the end of July 2023 I noticed again optimizer issue plus my inverter was not communicating to Solar Edge my communication board was bad . I called Titan Solar with claim number from Solar Edge they can out very quickly and replaced communication board and checked production on optimizer. I am still having optimizer issues and Solar Edge is not happy with the repair and stated that they were not notified of optimizer replacement until December 12 2023. Titan noted in their system but not to Solar Edge. Here we are a year later they have changed the one panel plus replaced and optimizer all under warranty and that one panels not producing its about 200WH less than all other panels. I am still waiting for a call as to what they are going to do....plus I call everyday. Oh and dont let them tell you they will make repairs to your roof they damage or siding they lie they send out a handy man to fix my metal roof was less then 2 years old they messed up my siding so bad it couldn't be repaired. Its been a nightmare stay away from Titan and do your research
