HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DAMAGE
STAY AWAY!!! These people are crooks and scam artists. My roof was damaged by their installers and now in interior ceiling has extensive water damage. They sent someone out to repair the roof and said they would also be fixing the interior. After months of calling for a follow up they continue to avoid my calls. They say I will receive contact from the local branch which never happens. I've been calling since December of 2023 with no resolution. DO NOT BUY SOLAR FROM FREEDOM FORVER. Once they have your money they won't make any effort to service you further.

Highly-aggressive sales approach, AVOID
The salesman, Steve from Fort Myers, got my information by watching the local permit postings for solar installations, where I already had a contract underway with another company. He obtained my home address and then proceeded to show up, unannounced and uninvited, at my front door at random times throughout the week, over and over again in an attempt to poach me from the company I already had.

Very bad experience.
Avoid Freedom Forever due to the following reasons: 1. They deceive prospective customers to secure business. 2. They fail to honor agreements; I signed a contract with them two years ago, yet the solar panel installation remains incomplete. Despite my request for cancellation due to their failure to deliver, they demand a $3000 cancellation fee. Furthermore, one of their staff admitted to deliberately delaying the project because of an error in the initial quotation provided by the salesperson. 3. Their conduct is highly unprofessional. I deeply regret inviting their sales representative into my home. Take caution before signing any contracts with them. In summary, exercise caution and thoroughly consider your options before engaging in any business dealings with Freedom Forever.

One Word for this Company: Fraud
My husband and I considered this company for solar panels and after signing a contract, decided against using them within the 3-day notice to cancel: this was MORE than a year ago. Fast forward to January 2024, we get a notice in the mail from a finance company stating we have our solar payments starting February 2024. We were dumbfounded and it is only listed in my husband's name! We have called the finance company, who states Freedom Forever has to "cancel," for them to close this loan. So, we advised the loan company that we cancelled three days after signing our agreement over a YEAR AGO. The loan company told us to contact Freedom Forever. We contact Freedom Forever, and we are told this will be resolved in 24-48 hours by the salesperson. Here we are 14 days later, and we call for an update and are now told it can take up to 60 days! Sixty days for what? This was never agreed to! We only had two or three calls with this company ever more than one year ago, one of which included they received our cancellation, and we have an email confirming this. We are being reported by a loan company as not making a loan payment for the month of February, for a loan and process that should have NEVER happened in the first place. Freedom Forever is telling me not to make these payments as the loan should not have ever been in place and the loan company is telling us to pay them and then they will refund our money back to us once this is all resolved. If their lack of urgency to correct this egregious error on their part is any indication of their customer service, I can only say RUN, don't walk, away from this company.

They don’t back their products. They lie! Can’t get service, always told we will get back to you in 7-14 days. They have no service contractors to fix there broken equipment.

Choose other company
I gotta say that the process does take awhile but once they receive the money and payment they want nothing to do with you. Be careful with this company because they say they will do one thing but not follow through. For instance, the installers made a mess and cracked roof tiles, they also promised they install the critter guards which they did but not installed correctly doesn’t prevent birds/pidgeons/critters from going under the solar panels, I made an appointment in regards to this matter in October of 2023 and still to this day nothing is being done to fix this problem or issue, what a pathetic joke company. Beware they also pass you around to other customer service and they’ll create a ticket that’s nothing being done or reviewed. Every time I call they seem to just create a ticket and escalate the situation. Now they won’t even come out to fix the critter guards and damages on my roof (cracked tile roof). I hope the owner or whoever it is reach out but if not that’s okay because KARMA will come back around and I will keep posting where ever I want or need too so your customers are aware of what your doing. RIDICULOUS company to deal with and they won’t come out now that there’s pidgeons living under the solar when they could of installed the critter guards the right way to begin with. They want customers to fix and get rid of the pidgeons before they do anything else, what a joke.

Bad communication lots of broken promises
Had a great start. they got the paperwork done in time to get the NEM. BUT they did not install the Main electric panel upgrade I requested(and paid for) and what they did to try and bypass the upgrade look like absolute crap! two huge Electrical panels and some 4 inch pipe mounted to the ENTRANCE of my house! I had them stop and I guess that pissed them off so now we are here 10 months later with no forward movement. AND IM STILL MISSING 3 trim pieces! Their project coordinators keep changing so they don't know what is going on or what should be happening. I cannot get a straight answer or a phone number to someone who will take action to get this project done! I am about to tell them to take this crap off my house!!

LIES AND DECEPTION
RUN, AS FAST AS YOU CAN, STAY AWAY FROM FREEDOM FOREVER SOLAR LLC. VERY BAD COMPANY. Freedom Forever solar LLC showed up on my doorstep in March promising to save me a ton of money, and promising FPL would be eliminated. I was told later that it's in the contract that they don't guarantee you will save money. GUESS THEY FORGOT TO TELL THEIR SALES TEAMS THAT. BEWARE, Freedom Forever's sales team has you sign the contract BEFORE the home and roof inspection is done. Once the system was on, NOT only did I NOT save money, MY COSTS DOUBLED. I was paying SUNRUN $97.00 a month and still paying FPL over $80.00 a month. Their SUNRUN SYSTEM WASNT PRODUCING ENOUGH. So I was told by Freedom Forever all they had to do was add more panels. BUT, their sales team left out the part where it was yet another contract with Mosiac for $60.00 a month. I was led to believe I was just signing for the extra panels. NOW I AM PAYING 3 ELECTRIC BILL A MONTH. SUNRUN $97.00, MOSIAC $60.00 AND FPL OVER $70.00 A MONTH. NOTHING BUT LIES AND DECEPTION. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. STAY AWAY FROM FREEDOM FOREVER SOLAR LLC. VERY BAD COMPANY. HEY FREEDOM FOREVER, IF YOU WANNA MAKE ME HAPPY, COME GET YOUR SOLAR SYSTEMS OFF MY HOUSE AND LET ME JUST GO BACK TO FPL, ONE ELECTRIC BILL.

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND PISSED
OUR SOLAR SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED IN JUNE, 2019. IN JULY, 2022, THE INVERTOR WENT OUT AND IT TOOK FF 6 WEEKS TO COME DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. THEN A NEW INVERTOR WAS INSTALLED IN OCTOBER, 2022. THEY WON'T REFUND ME FOR THE LOST SOLAR GENERATION 7460 kWh . THEIR REASON IS THE INVERTOR IS NOT PART OF THE WARRANTY. BS SCAMMERS!

Rip off on the panels
Do not get solar panels through freedom forever, their door to door salesman ripped us off !!!! Paid way over and too much for only 19 panels , I look at every other company and was charged only half price of what we got charged very unhappy!!
